This 8 week program is focused on building good foundations in your fitness and nutrition journey. Over the course of the 8 weeks you will focus on workouts that build a strong foundation in the gym and focus on nutrition tips that will help you beyond the 8 weeks. Here are some highlights of the program:
- 8 weeks of workouts ( 2 week splits. Workouts will change every 2 weeks)
- 4 workouts a week (Lower, upper, lower, upper)
- Workout can be done at home or at the gym
- Upper and lower body warm ups
- Instagram exercise library to go along with every movement
- Average 45 minutes to complete
