This 8 week program is here to help you build strength over the next 8 weeks. This focus is heavily on compound movements as well as functional movements to help you improve your strength in the gym but also in day to day life. Here are some of the program highlights:
- 8 weeks of workouts (four, 2 week splits- workouts will change every 2 weeks)
- 4 workouts a week (Quads, Push, Hammies, pull)
- Average 45 minutes to complete
- Vimeo exercise library to help you understand each exercise along with the modifications
- Workouts can be done at home OR at the gym
