I have designed this guide to be a one stop shop for everything you need to have a successful health and fitness journey to start off the New Year. There is a lot packed into here, dare I say this might be my favorite guide..? I am going to ask one thing of you.. be consistent! Consistency is one of the only ways you are going to see changes. Not just consistent for two weeks but consistent for the full 8 weeks!

The challenge will start on Monday January 13th until Sunday March 9th

Challenge: There will be two challenge options, there is something for everyone! Option 1 through my coaching app and the option 2, not through the app. 

Duration: Each workout will take 45-60 minutes, maybe a little less if you are working out at home.

Who: Anyone can do the workouts from beginner to advance. 

Equipment you will need: 

Gym: Squat rack, sets of dumbbells, cable machine, leg press, quad extension, hamstring curl and TRX band. 

Home: 2-3 sets of dumbbells, glute band, long resistance band, and bench or chair.
