I was so impressed with my overall health benefits and even the lab works and other findings!

My goal has always been to feel comfortable and confident in my own body and I feel like I have really progressed in how I see myself and loving my body on my good days and bad days (when I’m bloated and having UC flare ups), so yes I have achieved my goals and I’m proud of how far I’ve come physically and mentally/emotionally.

Figuring out and understanding how to balance protein in my diet!!! It was a huge change and I know it made a difference!

This has been soooooooo amazing. I had no idea what to expect but it's far exceeded anything I could think of. I'm finally dropping the weight, gaining muscle and aware of how terrible I actually was eating!!! Thank you for being so helpful and positive!!! You made this so easy if you FOLLOW YOUR STEPS. If someone isn't seeing change in these 8 weeks then I highly encourage the app to make sure you're tracking macros appropriately and LIFT HEAVY! never thought I'd be doing squats with 2 sets of 30s or more!! Here I was thinking my 'wimpy' 10 lb dumbells were gonna get me there ha! I've learned so much!
